Jack treated my different ailments with extensive knowledge and care and also gave me a treatment plan - a true definition of 'treat the cause, not the symptom'.
Jack has worked wonders week in week out. I have seen a massive improvement in my flexibility and also no longer have back pain.
Jack has excellent knowledge and provides an all round great service. He was able to identify with ease which was causing me problems and even after the first session I am reaping the rewards of his practical experience.
Since seeing Jack I have noticed positive benefits and improved training sessions, my legs feel like new. I'm looking forward to returning for my next session and I would highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for a regular therapist.
I finally booked a session with Jack to look at some shoulder pain. Within minutes he had identified a discrepancy in the height of my shoulder blades and what could be causing it. He then worked to loosen the muscles around my shoulder to increase the range of movement. Jack's approach was caring and competent and left me in no doubt that he can help me to prevent pain in my shoulder going forward.
Jack is so good at explaining things. I’ve had a bad back for so many years, had physio, been to an osteopath, had acupuncture and it’s never really healed. I’ve never really understood what was the cause of the pain but every thing Jack said made a lot of sense, and I finally have an understanding of what I can do to improve it.
